Fresh Faces is our yearly series spotlighting emerging local artists across genres and giving them a platform to grow. For this event we are collaborating with Folk Inspirations. 

Folk Inspirations are a not-for-profit collective championing live folk music, community, and the next generation of performers.

Amy Hollinrake is a rising artist emerging from the South-East London folk scene. Her songs re-imagine the stories in folklore and mythology through a modern feminist lens, sound tracked by her hauntingly beautiful and earthy brand of contemporary alt-folk. Musical touchstones include Joanna Newsom, Sandy Denny, Adrienne Lenker, and the new era of feminist folk artists such as Paris Paloma.
