CQ Wrestling
CQ Wrestling are a British grunge band led by best friends and songwriters Charlie Woods and Jake Mac, delivering a fierce, melodic sound rooted in ’90s alternative rock. Their music explores themes of social and political unrest while reaching for moments of euphoric escape, and their chaotic, high-energy live shows have built a devoted following - including three sold-out UK tours and appearances at festivals across Europe.
Their debut album Plus Ultra was released in 2023 to critical acclaim, earning support from BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6 Music and Radio X. Now fully independent, CQ Wrestling are entering a new era with their most recent single “Smoke Screen”, a sharp and urgent track that cuts through distortion and grit to confront misinformation, disillusionment and modern unrest. It marks a confident step forward for the band, both sonically and thematically, as they continue to refine their sound and expand their reach.
SKIDS
The Skids, formed in Dunfermline, Scotland in 1977, remain one of the defining voices of British post-punk. Known for their anthemic blend of jagged guitars, martial rhythms, and politically charged lyrics, they broke through with hits like Into the Valley and The Saints Are Coming. Fronted by Richard Jobson’s commanding vocals and the late Stuart Adamson’s (Big Country) innovative guitar work, the band earned both critical acclaim and a devoted following. Despite lineup changes over the decades, The Skids continue to play with the same passion and energy that first set them apart—and impressively, they are still touring today.

Oral Habit
The ear rattling psychic dream, of choked up acid
punks.
"Centred around brotherly duo Charlie and Felix Hales,
Oral Habit abide by a simple, yet devastating rock
dictum: play it hard, and play it loud. None more so is
this exemplified then on new single ‘Sauerkraut'.
Co-produced alongside contemporaries School Disco,
this 2-minute punk crusade offers a loving ode to
volume, to the duo’s core inspirations, and sees Oral
Habit barge themselves into the fresh lineage of
garage-rock noisemakers turning up amplifiers across
the UK." Elvis Thirlwell - Blue Moon Press
