Session 4 - Self-care and relaxation A lot of the time people focus on the active parts of yoga. In this session we look deeper into the benefits of relaxation and self-care.
By doing this session you will: Develop a deeper understanding of self-care and the importance of relaxation. This session is part of the Foundations of Yoga series with Bad Juju Yoga. You can book as an individual session or register for the complete series.

Who is the course for? Yoga students wanting to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.
What you’ll need to bring: - Water - Yoga mat (if you do not own one, please contact Jo prior to the session) - Jumper and socks for the relaxation - Notepad and pen
What to wear: Loose fitting clothing or non-restricting clothing that you feel super comfortable in during movement and stillness.
How long is each session? Each session will be about 2.5 hours.
