Our chef for the evening, Stu Henshall of The Alternative Kitchen says: "I wanted to bring an "Alternative" twist to a couple's love in bringing some unusual ingredients to the table for a meal that will be as unforgettable as true love and as exciting as your first kiss."
Starter Seared King Oyster scallops with dulse bacon, smoked pea puree, fresh horseradish tartare, and citrus sea vegetables.
Main Flat iron Portobello steak with cashew cream peppercorn sauce, braised artichoke heart croquette, pomme anna, and porcini & blackberry reduction.
Dessert Dark chocolate and cherry panacotta with a pistachio praline crumb.
