Reuben Gray is a 16 year old singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Guildford, Surrey. Reuben Gray started writing music at a young age. He wrote simple piano pieces, which then started to become complete songs. He wrote and performed his first song at the age of ten and he has been writing ever since. Reuben is one of 4 children and lives in Guildford.

Reuben began his musical journey with his first piano lessons aged 7. He made quick progress and soon decided it was time to take up another instrument. Reuben started learning to play the saxophone and enjoys performing in big bands and swing ensembles. You may find him busking on the streets of Guildford or Edinburgh during the Fringe. Reuben taught himself to play the guitar in order to accompany his voice for writing and performing songs. He is constantly exploring new instruments and sounds in order to improve in all fields of music and reach the highest standard he can. Recently Reuben Gray has been working on his debut EP, which he will be excited to release when the polishing is complete. He has also been performing regularly in and around Surrey & London and is beginning to make a name for himself.

Recent events include: The Islington, Proud Camden, The Fiddlers Elbow , The O2 Academy2 Islington, the Bedford - London, The Borderline Soho, Club 85 - Hitchin, The Spice Of Life Open Mic Night, The Mulberry Inn 10th Anniversary, LionFest, The Queen's Head, Hop House 13 - Edinburgh and The Trinity Bar Parlour Party. He has also been writing many new songs which can be viewed on his youtube channel! Reuben is currently in the studio recording his new EP so watch out!

Line Up

Reuben Gray is a young singer songwriter from Bath based in London. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, starting piano at a young age and then taking up the saxophone a few years later, as well as teaching himself guitar to accompany his voice for performances at gigs around Surrey and London. His latest accomplishments include being selected to play at Proud Camden, The O2 Academy2 Islington, The Bedford - Balham, The Borderline Soho a part of Musique's Youngstars, The Boileroom, The Fiddlers Elbow - Camden, Chris Evans's pub The Mulberry Inns 10th anniversary, The Bedroom Bar, The Mau Mau Bar, supporting Coyote (now named Portland) at The White Horse, and playing on the Lions Den stage at the Haslemere fringe. He has performed at many different open mic nights throughout surrey and London including The Spice Of Life Soho - London and The Alley Bar - Guildford, in order to test new exciting material and gain experience. He is currently in the studio working on his debut EP.
