Each session will focus on exploring different techniques for self-improvement. Together we will explore gentle movement, mindfulness principles, and meditation. You can visit any of the weekly sessions to discover practical hints and simple techniques to make it easier for you to manage your busy life-style.
Margarita leads a relaxed group event where newcomers are always welcome. Her approach is completely secular, welcoming people of all religions and backgrounds.
