We have a studio space available from 30th September 2020 at Originate Studios  at The Boileroom community music and arts venue in central Guildford. The space is ideal for a solo artist, creative start-up, or shared work/artist space.

The rent includes 200mb business fibre broadband, business rates and council tax.

Originate studios is currently home to Boileroom Tattoo studio with artists Esme Baker and team; Surrey and Hampshire Makerspace, and fine artists Verity O’Connor and Claudia Stendel.

Studio spaces also have access to a shared kitchen; which can be used as a meeting space and communal area with tea and coffee making facilities, and microwave.
