The innovative Cornish trio have been busy writing and recording this year and plans are afoot for the release of their new studio album ‘The Antiquated & The Arcane’. The band will be showcasing new tracks on their Autumn UK tour along with favourites from previous albums Hubbadillia and Social Vertigo.
Folk music has been enjoying a renaissance in recent months with a number of acts smashing the
stereotypes associated with ‘folk’ acts and cementing the genre firmly in the mainstream. The
Antiquated & The Arcane provides an exciting addition to the current musical landscape where
folk / acoustic inspired artists are enjoyed an unprecedented level of critical and commercial
success. It is certainly the 3 Daft Monkeys’ best work to date and could well be the one that takes
them to the next level.
