Discover how to manage negative self-talk and over-thinking. Get in-touch with your senses and experience the present moment with calmness, curiosity and compassion.
Each session will focus on exploring different techniques for self-improvement. Together we will explore gentle movement, mindfulness principles, and meditation. You can visit any of the weekly sessions to discover practical hints and simple techniques to make it easier for you to manage a busy life-style.

Margarita will lead you on a journey of discovery. She is passionate about making the world a better place by utilising mindful techniques. Her approach is completely secular, welcoming people of all religions and backgrounds.
