Terms and Conditions:
Customers now have 48 hours to pay the deposit from when we send the bank details over. Otherwise their provisional booking shall be deleted and the appointment slot will be released.
We do not have a card machine, so please bring cash on the day of your appointment.
If you need to change your appointment, you must give us 7 days notice.
Rolling deposits for larger scale pieces will now become mandatory.
If you have questions about artwork timescales, please see point 16.
Please take note of a few important points we need every client to understand:
By paying a deposit you agree to ALL terms and conditions:
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment you MUST give us at least 1 week / 7 Days notice. In that case, we can give you the deposit back in the form of a voucher of equal value to be used at your discretion. We will never give you your deposit back in the form of cash money or bank transfer, only as a voucher/store credit when less than 7 days notice is given.
Our pricing is subject to changes over time, e.g. If you are quoted £190 for a 4 hour session one month ago, this does not necessarily mean you will be paying the same for subsequent sessions.
We do not have a set hourly rate, and we tend to price per piece.
We use a rolling deposit system for large scale (several session) pieces, in which we take the initial deposit, and this rolls over until the final session when the initial deposit is deducted from the final payment.
Provisional bookings may be taken over the phone or via email but they will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The provisional booking is cancelled if a deposit is not received within 48 hours of making the appointment.
Your appointment time includes set up, break down and application of the stencil, not simply needle time, i.e. if you arrive at 12pm and are scheduled to leave at 4pm, you will NOT be getting exactly 4 hours of tattooing – that is impossible for our artists so please do not clock watch and demand that we owe you free needle time if its taken us 15 minutes to apply the stencil etc.
10% student discount will only be applied after presentation of a valid student photo ID.
Anyone under the age of 25 must bring valid photo ID.
Clients will be denied their appointment and will lose their deposit if it is revealed on the day that they:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Cannot prove with photo ID that they are not under the age of 18
Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Have any skin condition affecting the skin so much it is deemed inappropriate to tattoo upon, i.e. severe eczema or psoriasis directly on the area they intend to have tattooed
Have any contagious medical condition that poses a serious risk to the employees at the studio.
We reserve the right to withhold our services from anyone who we believe to be unsuitable for this procedure for any other reason not afore mentioned.
We do not sell or recommend numbing cream.
If you supply your own numbing cream, we will only agree to tattoo you if it is either Emla or Ametop . We refuse to tattoo over skin numbed by any other brand. If you turn up having numbed your skin with a brand not afore mentioned, we can not tattoo you and your deposit will be lost entirely for wasting our time.
